At 3-Rabbits.com, we aim to provide high-quality custom 2D and 3D print-on-demand products. Since our products are made to order, specific refund and return policies apply. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Due to the custom nature of our 2D and 3D print-on-demand services:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products based on buyers remorse, personal preferences, ordering errors, or design issues arising from files submitted by customers.
  • Custom products are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • There is a production error or the product does not match the approved design or specifications.
  • The product was lost in transit or incorrectly shipped due to carrier error.

3. Reporting an Issue

To report an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customer.service@3-rabbits.com within 7 days of delivery to report the problem.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include the following:
    • Your order number.
    • Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
    • A description of the issue.

Failure to report the issue within the specified time frame may result in the denial of your request.


4. Resolution Process

Once we review your request and confirm eligibility:

  • Replacement: We will produce and ship a replacement product free of charge.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
  • Correction: For minor issues, we may suggest an alternative resolution (e.g., store credit).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Retain the product and packaging until your claim is resolved.
  • We may request you to return the product at our expense or dispose of it, depending on the case.

6. Lost or Misdelivered Orders

If your order is lost or misdelivered:

  • Notify us as soon as possible if tracking information indicates an issue.
  • We will investigate with the shipping provider and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
  • For international orders, delays caused by customs are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

7. Design File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compatibility of their design files:

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for errors in design files (e.g., incorrect dimensions, low resolution, or unsupported formats).
  • We reserve the right to adjust design files slightly to ensure print quality (e.g., resizing or positioning).

8. Order Cancellations and Changes

Since production often begins immediately after an order is placed:

  • Cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
  • Contact us promptly at customer.service@3-rabbits.com if you need to modify your order.

9. Shipping and Customs

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
  • Additional customs fees or taxes for international orders.
